Gluten Free Spaghetti Sauce Recipe

1 lb lean ground beef or ground chuck
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2-3 cloves garlic, diced
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 6 ounce can tomato paste
1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
2-3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp basil
dash cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup water

In one pan, bown the ground beef. While the ground beef is cooking, in another pan sautee celery, onion, garlic cloves and green pepper in olive oil until soft. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. When the ground beef is done, add contents of both pans together and stir. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir again and simmer another two minutes. Serve with a gluten free pasta.
